• Saturday: Does not close

Please plan your arrival so that it coincides with our hours above. If you need special accommodations or experience travel delays, please call ahead and we’ll be here for you.

Parking:
Free parking is available in our parking garage. Due to physical constraints, we cannot guarantee parking for any vehicle over 76 inches in height or longer than 18 feet or any dual rear wheeled vehicle. We have limited oversize parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a public parking garage nearby, should we be unable to accommodate your oversized vehicle. Under no circumstance can we accommodate any RV, trailer, or camper.

To provide for the utmost security of our guest’s vehicles, the gate is closed at night. We will issue you a gate opener at check-in. There will be a credit card authorization of $75 for the gate opener, which will be released at check-out.

Guest Amenities:
Rooftop Indoor Pool Atrium:
Our beautiful rooftop indoor pool atrium is open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. The pool is heated to 86° and is open year-round. Bring your swimsuit! Towels are available pool side.
Guest Lounge:
Enjoy our guest lounge from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Relax and watch TV, read a book or play a game of pool on our billiards table.
Fitness Center:
Our Fitness Center is open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and features great views of downtown Reno. Equipment includes treadmills, elliptical and resistance training.
Food and Beverage:
Reno’s Riverwalk District is a foodie’s paradise. There are dozens of great food and drink options within a short walk from our property. In addition, we offer the following in-house food and beverage options:
Thirsty’s Morning Café & Lounge is open Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 am to 11:00 am offering a variety of breakfast items including Specialty coffee drinks, drip coffee, tea, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, assorted pastries, bagels, etc. and morning cocktails.
Thirsty’s Cocktail and Lounge is open Friday and Saturday, 5pm to close. We have an excellent selection of wine, local beers and craft cocktails, prepared by our experienced mixologists.
The General Store is open during normal front desk hours and has a great selection of beer and wine, snacks, sundries, and other necessities.

Housekeeping:
We offer light housekeeping services during your stay, which includes making the beds, removing trash, and replacing used towels and amenities. We offer a weekly linen change for our longer-term stays. We understand some guests may still be concerned about Covid-19 and we respect that decision. For those who would rather not have our staff enter their room, we have fresh linens and amenities available at the front desk and trash bins are located on each floor.

Credit Card Authorizations:
A credit card and photo ID in the name of the registering guest are required at check in. The credit card provided at check in will be authorized for all amounts due plus $50 per night for incidentals. In addition to our existing $50/per night credit card authorization if you are provided with a gate remote control there will be an additional $75 authorization to your credit card. This hold will be released upon return of a gate remote control that will be issued to you for use during your stay.
